Paid time off

We recognize that life outside of work is important, so our nonunion employees receive 4.5 weeks of paid time off and nine paid holidays. Other leaves include paid bereavement leave and company paid short-term and long-term disability.

Healthcare coverage

Our healthcare coverage includes medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits for you and your dependents. 401(k) Plan

Our employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan immediately. The company matches 50% up to 6% of employee contributions.
